- Book a course with us.
- Afterwards, you can submit the receipt to your employer and receive reimbursement.

Since January 1, 2018, the Swedish Tax Agency has changed its rules for wellness grants. Kitesurfing, wingfoiling, surfing, and SUP are now also recognized as tax-free wellness benefits. The 2018 change from the Supreme Administrative Court led to traditionally more expensive sports also being included in the wellness grant. In general, the employer must approve the activity, which is usually not a problem as it generally follows the Swedish Tax Agency’s recommendations. The Swedish Tax Agency interprets the ruling that exercise must be performed, but that it is of lesser importance what type of exercise it is. The maximum amount per person according to the Swedish Tax Agency for wellness grants is SEK 5,000 per year. How the payment is handled differs between different employers, but the most common way is to submit the receipt to the employer afterwards.
